Application for active membership shall be accompanied by a letter from any active members, and must be endorsed by the signatures of two members. Qualifications for membership shall be character and intellectuality, with reciprocal advantage both to the club and to the individual. Annual dues shall be $240.00 payable $120.00 in September and $120.00 in January or $20.00 monthly.
