Rates

Time Frame

1.     Daytime hours (6 hours-11:00 AM to 5:00 PM) $795.00

2.    This includes preparation (decorating) event and clean up

  1. 3.   Evening hours (8 hours-$995.00 ) Bar Fee: $100.00

  2. 4.   ALL EVENING EVENTS MUST BE OVER BY 11:00 PM.)

5.    This includes preparation (decorating) event and clean up

6.    Board room price is on sliding scale in accordance with groups need and for length of time.

7.    Musical/plays/recitals, sliding scale in accordance with groups need and length of time needed.

Our rates include

  1. A.Set-up and use of all of our tables and chairs.

  2. B. Restroom available

  3. C. Host/Security Individual will be on building site during event

D.   Parking availability (Ear/Nose/Throat Parking)

E.    Knowledgeable person to assist and help coordinate the details during your planning process

  1. F.  Stage and sound system.

  2. G.  Use of kitchen for keeping food warm or cold.  Large working space.  Food must be pre-prepared.

Things LLC does not provide.

A.   Table linen (Can be arranged)

  1. B. Use of dishes, flat wear, glasses or serving pieces.
